Cancellation Policy

Luxury Twins Battery wants to help its customers as much as possible, so it has a flexible canceling policy. Because of this policy:

  • Only cancellations made within an hour of making an order will be taken into account. But if the vendors or merchants have been told about the orders and have already started sending them, there will be a cancellation fee of Rs. 250 for car batteries and Rs. 450 for inverter batteries/combo for each order. This only works for items that have already been sent out and are canceled before or after the customer gets them. Whether Luxury Twins Battery cancels an order because the battery is out of stock or for some other reason, there will be no fee.
  • If you order a product or battery on the website and it is shipped, installed, and the warranty card is filled out with the customer’s approval and agreement, the customer cannot return the product and the seller cannot take it back. No money back in that case.
  • If you receive broken or defective things, please let our Customer Service team know, and we’ll send you a brand-new replacement at no extra cost. The request will be looked at, though, after the seller checks and confirms the same thing on his end. At the time the goods are delivered, this should be noted.
  • If you think the product you got does not match what you ordered, you must let our customer service know when the product is delivered. The Customer Service Team will make the right choice after looking into your complaint.
  • If you have a problem with a product that comes with a warranty, please take it up with the maker.

How do I cancel a sale before I get the item?

Please call our customer service line at 0120 4324 000 (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM) if you want to cancel your order after you’ve already put it. Also, you can email info@luxurytwinsbattery.in and include your full name, address, order number, and the date you bought the item.

What if the delivery of my order has already happened?

We like to send out our products as quickly as possible (most of the time, within an hour of getting the order), so your order may have already been sent out before you call or email. If that happens, you will be charged an order withdrawal fee of Rs. 200 for car batteries and Rs. 400 for inverter batteries or combos.

Also, the following items can’t be returned or replaced:

  • Orders can’t be returned or refunded for any reason other than being damaged or dead on arrival, having a manufacturing flaw, or being the wrong product. If there are any brand guarantees, they would take precedence over Luxury Twins Battery’s returns policy;
  • Damages caused by misusing the product; damage that happens by accident when the product doesn’t work right; products that have had their serial or UPC numbers changed or are missing;
  • Any flaws or damages that aren’t covered by the manufacturer’s warranty; Any item that is returned without all of its original packaging and accessories, such as the box, any manufacturer’s packaging, and everything else that came with the item when it was shipped;

Why did Luxury Twins Battery cancel the order I already paid for?

All of the items on Luxury Twins Battery are offered and shipped by different businesses across the country. Our team does its best to make sure that the goods are always available with the merchant and that the stock is regularly updated. However, there is still a chance that your order could be canceled for one or more of the following reasons:

  • The seller doesn’t want the product because it’s not up to par, and they can’t get a new one in time for the shipping date mentioned on the product information page.
  • Our seller doesn’t have the item in stock when the order is placed.
  • There are some reasons why the merchant can’t deliver the item to the place that was requested.

Policy on Refunds

  • The buyer must have cancelled the order before receiving it in order for the refund procedure below to apply.
  • If the order is canceled within 24 hours of being placed and the shipping process is not started, the full value of the item will be refunded.
  • If the order is canceled within 24 hours of being placed and shipping has already begun, a cancellation fee of Rs. 200 for car batteries and Rs. 400 for inverter batteries will be applied.
  • If you cancel your order after 24 hours and don’t start the sending process, you will be charged 2% of the item’s value (only for online payments).
  • If an order is canceled after 24 hours and shipping has begun, a cancellation fee of Rs. 200 for a car battery and Rs. 400 for an inverter battery plus 2% of the item’s value will be charged (only for online payments).

How am I going to get my money back?

As long as the rejection goes through properly, the item’s value will be refunded to your bank account, credit card, or net banking within 7 to 10 business days, depending on the policies of the three banks involved. As part of the process, Luxury Twins Battery’s financial team will get in touch with you right away to give you all the information you need.

How will I get the reimbursed part?

The product is sometimes changed to a different brand or billed at a lower price than the original sale. A portion of the item’s worth that was actually delivered will be refunded to you in the form of a credit to your bank account, credit card, or net banking within 7 to 10 business days, as required by the issuing banks. As part of the process, Luxury Twins Battery’s financial team will get in touch with you right away to give you all the information you need.
